Money Back Guarantee Our Money Back Guarantee is applicable only to purchases without benefit of purchasers personal inspection prior to sale. Buyavette agrees to refund the full amount of purchase of a Corvette provided the customer notifies us within 48 hrs of delivery. Customer will be responsible for payment of freight to receiving destination and return to Buyavette. This guarantee applies to any vehicle shipped and delivered to a customer. Purchaser must request and receive a contract signed by the General Manager stipulating the conditions of our refund policy. A written inspection OBTAINED by the purchaser from a third party source is a required document that becomes a part of the contract/agreement regarding the return of the vehicle. Unless these documents are received signed and returned prior to shipment of the car. All sales are considered AS-IS with no implied or expressed guarantee of refund.
